I am pleased to share the completion of my Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Adelson School of Medicine.
This has been an important and rewarding chapter in my academic journey, during which I had the opportunity to publish several significant research papers, contribute meaningful findings to the field, and develop valuable scientific collaborations.
I am especially grateful to my scientific advisor, Prof. Zvi (Gregory) Livshits, for his guidance, support, and mentorship.
Looking forward to the next chapter and to continuing meaningful and impactful research.

We are pleased to share our new publication, titled “IL-34 as a Novel Mediator Linking Vitamin D Deficiency with Osteoporosis and Knee Osteoarthritis”, published in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences. Our study reveals that vitamin D deficiency is strongly associated with elevated IL-34 levels, intensified inflammatory activity, and a higher risk of osteoporosis and knee osteoarthritis. We demonstrate that IL-34 plays a central mechanistic role linking low vitamin D status with bone loss and joint degeneration.
